Lovecek M, et al. - This retrospective study aimed to investigate pancreatic cancer patients who developed metachronous pulmonary metastases (MPM) as the first site of recurrence after the curative-intent surgery. For all patients with isolated pulmonary oligometastases, surgery ought to be considered. However, the risk of intervention needed to be individually weighted for each patient.
