Kim J, et al. – The link between diet quality and osteosarcopenic obesity (OSO), low bone and muscle mass with concurrent high fat mass were scrutinized during this trial, in middle–aged and older adults. The findings brought to light the fact that middle–aged and older women who ate a healthier diet, estimated by a high Diet Quality Index–International (DQI–I) score, exhibited a less likelihood of the presence of multiple body composition abnormalities.
