Huang J, et al. - Researchers aimed at assessing and evaluating the overall diagnostic value of Serum Human Epididymis Protein 4 (HE4) in ovarian cancer via analyzing articles in English that evaluated the diagnostic value of HE4 in patients with gynecological or pelvic masses. These articles were identified searching PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases. Outcomes suggest HE4 as a valuable marker for clinically diagnosing ovarian cancer with both high AUC and Cochrane-Q.
