Woo S, et al. - The diagnostic performance of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) for differentiating high- from low-grade clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC) was reviewed in this study. DWI demonstrates moderate diagnostic performance for differentiating high-from low-grade clear cell RCC. Substantial heterogeneity was seen due to a threshold impact. Further prospective studies may be required; all included studies were retrospective.
