Diagnostic and prognostic value of serum Cripto-1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer
The Clinical Respiratory Journal Jul 03, 2018
Xu CH, et al. - Experts gauged the diagnostic and prognostic value of serum Cripto-1 (CR-1) level in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Findings suggested an association of higher serum CR-1 level with advanced TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Better overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) was noted in low serum CR-1 patients vs high CR-1 patients, as seen on Kaplan-Meier log-rank analysis. As per data, for NSCLC patients, serum CR-1 level was a useful diagnostic and prognostic marker.
