Virgili G, et al. - An inquiry was carried regarding the diagnostic performance of retinal nerve fibre layer (RNFL) data of optical coherence tomography (OCT) for identifying glaucoma. It was deduced that RNFL thickness data of OCT could be used as a diagnostic test. However, accuracy estimates were persistently moderate even in exploratory multivariable modelling focusing on improving the accuracy.
