Carrera C, et al. - This trial was carried out to gauge the diagnostic accuracy of clinically seborrheic keratosis (SK)- like Malignant melanomas (MMs) with and without dermoscopy. Despite being evaluated by expert dermatologists, melanomas could be clinically indistinguishable from SKs. Their recognition was notably improved by the dermoscopy, even in the non-expert hands.
