Li H, et al. - As a part of this study, experts weighed the impact of radioiodine (RAI) therapy initiating time on the response to initial therapy in patients with low- to intermediate-risk differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). Based on the results, it was inferred that delayed initial RAI therapy (≥3 months after thyroidectomy) correlated with incomplete response in low- to intermediate-risk DTC patients.
