Acil Y, et al. - Researchers pursued this analysis in order to gauge the effects of zoledronate (ZOL) andalendronate (FOS) on apoptotic behaviour and gene expression of pro- and inflammatory cytokines of the following three cell types: Human osteoblasts, human gingival fibroblasts and human osteogenic sarcoma cell lines, during a period of 4 weeks. As per the outcomes, cytotoxic and inflammatory reactions could be yielded via ZOL and FOS.
