Clark LV, et al. – The researchers wished to explore whether post–exertional symptoms were associated with altered cytokine protein concentrations in chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) patients. Their findings suggested that elevated circulating cytokines were not important in the pathophysiology of CFS.
