Kashan M, et al. - The outcomes of surgical intervention and active surveillance were assessed in patients diagnosed with cystic renal cell carcinoma at a radiologic cut-off of >50%. The prognosis was excellent for active surveillance and following surgical resection in the patients with unifocal cystic renal cell carcinoma evaluated using a standardized radiologic threshold of >50%.
