Sun Y, et al. - The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of cyclophosphamide (CYC) versus methotrexate (MTX) for active TakayasuÂs arteritis (TA). The outcome of this study suggests that the cyclophosphamide could be a better choice than methotrexate as induction treatment for patients with more severe Takayasu's arteritis.
