Ben–Cohen A, et al. – Researchers undertook this study to serve decision support for the human expert, to classify liver metastases into their primary cancer sites. It was concluded that automated systems, such as the one proposed, display promising new results and illustrate new capabilities that, in the future, will be able to serve decision and treatment support for radiologists and oncologists, toward more efficient detection and treatment of cancer.
