Vigneswaran TV, et al. - The objective herein, was to elucidate the incidence of tracheal compression in patients with prenatally diagnosed right aortic arch (RAA) and left arterial duct (LAD). In infants even without symptoms, the occurrence of notable tracheal compression could be found. Data recommended the consideration of early bronchoscopy if early relief of airway compression was to be attained for promoting the normal development of tracheal cartilage.
