Wolters FJ, et al. - An exploration was carried out of the connection between coronary heart disease (CHD) or heart failure (HF) with the risk of dementia. Data unveiled that a history of CHD correlated with a 27% increased risk of dementia and HF exhibited a link with 60% increased dementia risk. Hence, it was deduced that CHD and HF could be related to an increased risk of dementia.
