Gebhard C, et al. – This study was undertaken to assess the impact of coronary vessel dominance on short and long–term outcomes in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for chronic total occlusions (CTO). In these subjects, left coronary dominance (LD) was identified as an independent predictor of increased all–cause death and major adverse cardiac events (MACE).
