Boehnel C, et al. - This study entails the summarization of the evidence for periprocedural and long-term strategies to both minimize the bleeding risk and ensure sufficient anticoagulation and antiaggregation in hemophilia patients undergoing coronary angiography with or without percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI). According to findings, with the application of individualized measures for bleeding prevention, both coronary angiography and PCI are effective and safe for patients with hemophilia.
