Tricco AC, et al. - Researchers planned this study to assess the types of fall-prevention programs which could be effective for reducing injurious falls in older people. They observed that compared with usual care, exercise alone and various combinations of interventions were associated with lower risk of injurious falls. Depending on patient and caregiver values and preferences, fall-prevention intervention should be selected.
