American Journal of Roentgenology Dec 15, 2017
Ohno Y, et al. - For the assessment of pulmonary functional loss and disease severity in smokers, the researchers compared the capability of xenon-enhanced area-detector CT (ADCT) performed with a subtraction technique and coregistered 81mKr–ventilation SPECT/CT. Xenon-enhanced ADCT was found to be more effective for the assessment of pulmonary functional loss and disease severity compared to 81mKr–ventilation SPECT/CT.
