Seo K, et al. - A comparative scrutiny was performed of the Sofosbuvir plus Ribavirin (RBV) therapy with Interferon plus Ribavirin treatment for chronic hepatitis C genotype 2. It was concluded that the Sofosbuvir plus RBV treatment yielded a higher SVR. It also improved the liver function and the degree of fibrosis.
