Liao RS, et al. - As a part of this trial, the variations in pathologic stage distribution were scrutinized among patients with high-risk upper tract urothelial carcinoma, based on the use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radical nephroureterectomy. These patients, when treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, displayed lower pathologic stage distribution compared to those treated with radical nephroureterectomy alone.
