Threeburuth W, et al. - The outcomes of using immediate-loaded mini dental implants and immediate-loaded conventional-size dental implants when used to retain mandibular Kennedy class I removable partial dentures were compared. Findings suggested very favorable results of the application of immediate-loaded mini dental implants for retaining mandibular Kennedy class I removable partial dentures. Significant improvement in both groups was demonstrated by patient satisfaction after treatment.
