Ata N, et al. - A comparative inspection was performed of the effectiveness of local anaesthetic with Emla cream with that of an injection of lidocaine for the radiofrequency reduction of the inferior turbinates. The inference drawn was that Emla cream was an efficacious alternative to the infiltration of lidocaine for such a reduction.
