Arat Y, et al. - A comparative scrutiny was undertaken with regard to the ecchymosis, cosmesis, and histologic tissue damage of incisions made with a scalpel or Colorado needle, in patients undergoing upper and lower aesthetic blepharoplasty. The Colorado needle and scalpel incisions did not exhibit any clinical difference, in terms of ecchymosis and scar cosmesis after aesthetic blepharoplasty.
