Park YH, et al. - This prospective randomized trial was undertaken to compare two treatment methods for acute ankle rotational fractures combined with syndesmotic injury: syndesmosis reduction with either a reduction clamp or manual manipulation. Findings were indicative of the efficacy as well as the reliability of both of these methods for the reduction of the syndesmosis in rotational ankle fractures.
