Jiang YH, et al. - Researchers undertook an inspection of the therapeutic efficacy and safety of bladder body and trigonal onabotulinumtoxinA (BoNT-A) injection in the treatment of interstitial cystitis (IC). Results did not reveal any marked variation in the improvement of IC symptoms and urodynamic parameters after intravesical BoNT-A injection in the bladder body or trigone. The study groups exhibited a similar rate of adverse events.
