Yuan S, et al. - This meta-analysis was performed to compare the efficacy of bibliotherapy (a treatment using written materials for mental health problems) for depression and anxiety disorders in children and adolescents. In treating depression, bibliotherapy could be more beneficial in adolescents. However, it showed less robust effects for anxiety in children.
