Loos AM, et al. - The researchers in this systematic review sought to assess the comparative efficacy of targeted immunomodulators in case of adults having moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. In achieving clearance, the interleukin-17A inhibitors were noted to be more effective than ustekinumab. It was determined that ustekinumab was seen to be generally more effective as compared to etanercept, adalimumab and apremilast
