As per the data, these outcomes underscore the potential of combined–mode contrast–enhanced intra–vascular ultrasound imaging. Moreover, the demonstration of this approach with commercial catheters may provide as a first step toward the clinical translation of contrast–enhanced intra–vascular ultrasound.
