Tang Z, et al. - The topic of exploration here was the genetic alterations of ALK, RET, ROS1 or MET in lung adenocarcinoma. A need arose for contemplating a panel of genes in lung cancer. Owing to the availability of targetable agents for each of these activating alterations, therapy with more than one targeted agent could be advantageous for such patients.
