Mularczyk C, et al. - As a part of this study, coblation and microdebrider were compared and contrasted with touch-up electrocautery (ME) for adenoidectomy in children. The findings disclosed that coblation illustrated a considerably less intraoperative time and less blood loss, along with a shorter duration of postoperative pain than ME for adenoidectomy.
