Cole BJ, Haunschild ED, Carter T, et al. - This study was carried out to ascertain the short-term results following microfracture augmented with cartilage allograft extracellular matrix for the treatment of symptomatic focal cartilage defects of the adult knee. Researchers included 48 patients enrolled by eight surgeons from eight separate institutions.
