Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology Jan 26, 2021
Huang S, Zhao Y, Jiang X, et al. - A meta-analysis was performed to assess the diagnostic accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in distinguishing lymphadenopathy. Researchers carried out to search PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and the Cochrane Library for relevant articles through September 2020. They examined a sum of 16 articles, which included 1,787 participants. The results of this study illustrate that CEUS has the potential to be a valuable tool for characterizing lymphadenopathy and could provide clinical decision support.
