Clinical study of the effect of refractive status on stereopsis in children with intermittent exotropia

Han D, et al. - The effect of different refractive status on stereopsis was explored in children with intermittent exotropia(IXT). At the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, 90 children of ages 4~16 years with intermittent exotropia were assessed during the years 2016–2017. Children with intermittent exotropia exhibited more serious damage to distant stereopsis than that to near stereopsis. In children with intermittent exotropia and anisometropiais, the damage to near stereopsis was more serious.
