Clinical predictors of proteinuric remission following an LN flare: Evidence from the UK JSLE cohort study
Pediatric Rheumatology Feb 26, 2018
Smith EMD, et al. - Experts herein evaluated when proteinuric remission occurred in patients with Juvenile-onset Systemic Lupus Erytematosus. They also assessed if the clinical/demographic factors at the beginning of LN influenced the time to proteinuric remission. Poor prognostic factors all at time of LN onset included younger age, low estimated glomerular filtration rate, and concomitant haematological involvement.
