Jewiss D, et al. - In this systematic review, the relationship between exercise training and clinical outcomes in people with type I diabetes was investigated. Some markers of type 1 diabetes severity were improved with exercise training; especially body mass, body mass index (BMI), Peak VO2 and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) in adults and insulin dose, waist circumference, LDL and triglycerides in children.
