GrandÂmaison S, et al. - This study including women with premature acute coronary syndrome (ACS) compared the risk factors, clinical features, and outcomes in relation to the presence or absence of a history of pregnancy complications (gestational diabetes and/or hypertensive disorders of pregnancy). An association was observed among participants, between prior pregnancy complication and more severe disease and poorer outcome.
