Clinical experience with eslicarbazepine acetate in adults with sub-analysis of elderly

Nielsen MK, et al. - The clinicians aimed to assess the effect and tolerability of eslicarbazepine acetate (ESL) in elderly and younger adults. In relation to seizure control, ESL was found to have an advantageous profile. In elderly, the discontinuation rate could be higher than in younger adults. Further prospective studies to confirm these conclusions were required.
