Zhao BL, et al. - The clinical effectiveness of various posterior decompression surgeries was determined in the treatment patient with upper thoracic spinal stenosis combined with multilevel cervical spinal stenosis. Both one- and two-stage posterior decompression surgeries were efficacious in treating these patients; however, one-stage combined surgery was found to be superior to two-stage surgery.
