Respiratory Medicine Sep 29, 2017
Saraya T, et al. - This study analyzed the medical records of patients who satisfied the comprehensive diagnostic criteria for immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) in order to assess clinical characteristics of IgG4-RD and clinical significance of lung involvement. Findings demonstrated the association of IgG4-RD with diverse thoracic computed tomography (CT) findings and a decreased diffusion capacity. In order to distinguish IgG4-RD from lymphoproliferative disorders, careful multidisciplinary assessment is required.
