Niu XK, et al. - The performance of biparametric MRI texture analysis (TA) for identifying and assessing high-grade prostate cancer in zone-specific regions was determined. A TA-based model that includes biparametric MRI assists in the detection of high-grade prostate cancer. It was also shown that specific parameters extracted from TA serve as additional tools for analyzing tumor aggressiveness.
