Kim DH, et al. - The goal herein was to gauge the clinical and radiological factors related to unfavorable outcomes in individuals with a minor ischemic stroke that received intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) therapy. Yielded data indicated that higher National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores, diabetes, and deep middle cerebral artery (MCA) territory infarction could serve as useful factors for speculating unfavorable outcomes in the study cohort.
