Clinical and prognostic value of the electrocardiogram in patients with acute occlusion of the left circumflex coronary artery
The American Journal of Cardiology Aug 15, 2017
Vives–Borras M, et al. – Study authors sought to determine the clinical, angiographic, and prognostic features related to different patterns of ST–segment alterations in patients with left circumflex (LC) occlusion. Findings demonstrated that patients with different clinical, angiographic, and prognostic characteristics were detected by the three ST–segment patterns of acute LC occlusion. As per observations, a prompt reperfusion therapy was required in patients with ST–depression pattern and these patients could be better recognized by recording the ECG leads V7–V9.
