Russell TE, et al. – Authors performed a case–control retrospective study testing the hypothesis that cilostazol could improve the maturation rates and durability of vascular access for hemodialysis. Results established that dialysis access patients could benefit from preoperative and postoperative cilostazol therapy in terms of likelihood of maturation.
