Cornillier H, et al. - In this systematic review, researchers assessed comorbidities in children < 12 years old with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) as well as the efficacy and safety of treatments for these subjects. H1-antihistamines were found to be effective for CSU in children < 12 years old, with reassuring safety data at licensed doses. Cyclosporine seemed effective, as suggested by the low-level evidence.
