Bressington D, et al. – Researchers undertook this investigation to establish the feasibility of conducting a full–scale trial and to determine the preliminary efficacy of a Chinese Health Improvement Profile (CHIP) intervention on the self–reported physical well–being of people with severe mental illness (SMI). The findings suggested that the CHIP is an intervention that can be used within routine community psychiatric nurses (CPN) practice, and could result in smallÂmodest improvements in the physical well–being of people with SMI.
