CHEK2 c.1100delC mutation is associated with an increased risk for male breast cancer in Finnish patient population

Hallamies S, et al. – The aim of this study was to determine whether CHEK2 c.1100delC mutation is associated with an increased risk of male breast cancer (MBC) in Finnish patient population. On the basis of the data collected, it was concluded that the CHEK2 c.1100delC mutation was related to an increased risk for MBC in the Finnish population.
