Villringer K, et al. - During this trial, imaging and clinical parameters that possibly exerted an impact on the long-term outcome in first-ever posterior fossa stroke patients were scrutinized. Rather than infarct location, infarct volume and clinical severity were discovered to be the primary contributors to poor long-term outcome in first-ever posterior fossa strokes.
