Changes in salivary chromogranin A levels in adults with atopic dermatitis are correlated with changes in their condition

Cai L, et al. - Stress-induced scratching is an issue in cases having adult atopic dermatitis (AD). Salivary chromogranin A (CgA) level has research value as a possible index related to the psychological stress of the patients. Authors note that changes in the condition of the patient are reflective of the changes in the stress levels of the patients. In patients with AD, the changes in salivary CgA level correspond with the changes in their condition.
