Dai H - Researchers performed this study examining youth tobacco users between 2014 and 2017 in the US for the changes in self-reported flavored tobacco product (FTP) use. They identified a wide availability of flavored noncigarette tobacco products in the United States despite prohibition of characterizing flavors other than menthol in cigarettes. Observations suggest that for current tobacco use, flavoring has become 1 of the leading reasons among youths.
